Since 1991, Partners Development has been an integral part of the success of Georgetown College. Their experience in real estate development and development management for collegiate facilities has added value to every project they have undertaken for us.

I like working with them because they have the unique ability to see both the ‘forest’ and the ‘trees.’ They are ‘inclusive’ rather than ‘exclusive’ in their style, bringing all segments of a client’s constituency together for input and ideas. In each of our projects, they worked seamlessly with the Board, administration, faculty, staff, and students to create technologically advanced environments where all would feel welcome, comfortable, and enthusiastic, regardless of a facility’s designated use.

I cannot envision ever doing a project without the expertise of Partners Development on board from the start.
