With the opportunity to create a facility unlike anything else in this entire region, Pikeville College sought a company with the experience and service to develop a state-of-the-art ‘telemedical’ complex for our medical school. Partners Development was recommended by several other institutions, and after hearing about their ability and level of customer satisfaction from my peers at those institutions, I was convinced. The college was fortunate to receive Federal funding for this unique project, but the budget was tight. It was incumbent upon whomever we chose to develop the project to do so in a way that the maximum ‘bang for the buck’ was obtained.
