Shorter College
This small private college in Rome, Georgia wanted to transform a 1920's era indoor pool house and an adjoining 1940's era gymnasium into a new Student Union. Partners Development was called upon to develop an attractive multi-use facility that would enable the College to enhance its recruitment of new students and its retention of current students.

This project offered some real design and construction challenges, but the structure opened in the spring of 1998 to rave reviews from the campus community. It is now the centerpiece of a campus revitalization program.
